Work as many or as few hours as you want. The position entails visiting customer sites (residential and commercial), inspecting the property for potential environmental issues and collecting air and surface samples for lab analysis. There is some computer work involved to enter lab samples into the app, use app to enter inspection photos and comments. 

Training will be provided for the right inspanidual.

Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, text, email, etc.)
- Attention to detail is crucial, this is a scientific position.
- Physically able to climb ladders, inspect crawlspaces, basements, etc.
- Able to use basic tools (i.e drill, screwdrivers, moisture meter)
- Some knowledge of home maintenance helpful (HVAC, plumbing, construction, roofing, etc.)
- Must have a strong interest in air quality and its effect on occupant health.
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Law helpful but not necessary.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to write reports a plus but not necessary.
